- Pilates Are Back: Our wonderful Pilates Sessions are back every Tuesday (12:30pm–1:30pm) with posture assessments and targeted exercises with referrals to our Paid inhouse Massage sessions🗓️ Slots are limited for massage, hence booking for massage with reception!
- Walking Group: Our walking group is now every Wednesday from 11.30am. Meeting Point: Langworthy Cornerstone Centre. Wear weather-appropriate attire and comfy shoes.
